Existing buildings, a small platform defined by a pre-existing retaining wall, two existing sliding doors to be recycled and the goal of achieving two small beach apartments for two families; those were the starting premises for an austere program with spectacular views to the sea.

Governed by a high resource economy, the proposal privileges common use spaces without compromising the comfort of the more private spaces. Good natural ventilation and lighting, solar protection, privacy, environmental integration and recycling are some of the variables that build up a contained but well-used project.
